## Description

The London Borough of Bromley \(the 'Council'\) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers on a 5-year contract to undertake their statutory asset valuations for the financial years 2022 - 2027\. This is required to ensure that the value of the property assets of the Council are properly represented in their financial accounts in accordance with relevant RICS, CIPFA and IFRS standards\. The tender opportunity will be run through the London Tenders Procurement Portal and you will need to register your company with the portal as soon as possible \(if you have not already done so\) at www\.londontenders\.org to ensure that you are able to access and submit the relevant documents on line\.
