## Description

IVCC is issuing this call for Expressions of Interest \(EOI\) to fund Proof of Concept \(PoC\) projects for new vector control tools, or extensions and modifications of existing tools, that target aspects of the mos-quito lifecycle beyond indoor feeding and resting\. This call aims to address the challenge of what is variously called outdoor, residual and persistent transmission of malaria\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
