Detailed below is the responsibilities in the contract to support the ESJWP to develop an outline business case for the future delivery arrangements for the partnership:

Calculation the carbon footprint of the current Partnership fleet using the LGA Carbon Emissions Calculator as the benchmark for reconfiguration of the fleet.

Options appraisal of preferred vehicle technologies for each Council.

Developing new operating models for each Council incorporating the preferred vehicle technology options.

Testing of new operating models and vehicle solutions.

Calculating the individual carbon footprint of the new operating models using the LGA Carbon Emissions Calculator .

Developing the operational and commercial risk allocation matrix.

Development the outline business case for the future Partnership delivery arrangements for contract extension or retendering.
