Work description
Bristol City Council own perpetual licences for TIBCO Software Inc. products. The Council intends on awarding a contract for support, maintenance and patching of the TIBCO Software Inc. products under its perpetual licence. BCC wanted to establish if there were other economic operators who could provide the service required and published a voluntary ex-ante transparency notice on the 21 May 2020, neither which generated a response.
