External Consultant to deliver Lean Process Mapping\. The review of 3 services using lean techniques to identify actions to improve processes and the service delivery to our customers\. This will also identify any waste which will provide efficiency savings\. The consultant will train some staff representatives which will provide us with in-house expertise to move forward with other services\.
