## Description

The University of Sheffield has awarded a tender on behalf of the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering for an Automated Molecular Beam Epitaxy \(MBE\) Cluster Tool\. We required a Automated Molecular Beam Epitaxy \(MBE\) Cluster Tool for the creation of high quality ordered nanostructures based on III-V Quantum Dots \(QDs\)\. Our requirement was split into 3 Lots: Lot 1 - MBE system Lot 2 - Surface analysis equipment- NIL AWARD Lot 3 - In-situ monitoring equipment- NIL AWARD
