## Description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice \(PIN\) is to inform the market of a potential opportunity to participate in a construction partnership\. STFC intends to engage with potential providers through a Preliminary Market Engagement \(PME\) event and subsequent PME activities\. The publication of this early engagement opportunity is a voluntary publication and does not represent a commitment by STFC to initiate, run or complete a full procurement competition in relation to a contract for the services described\. STFC is a world-leading research and innovation organisation, with a unique role within UK Research and Innovation \(UKRI\)\. UKRI is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology \(DSIT\)\. STFC are looking to establish a construction partnership to deliver its proposed estate transformation programme\. This is a national contract, covering STFC's Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and The Cosener's House, Oxfordshire, Chilbolton Observatory, Stockbridge, Daresbury Laboratory, Warrington, The Royal Observatory Edinburgh, and Boulby Underground Laboratory, Cleveland\.
