Procurement Route: Pagabo Framework Framework Name/Number: Medium Works 2023 Lot No.: 3 Region - West Midlands
The reconfiguration and refurbishment of the ground floor of an existing NHS Property Services facility to create a new Community Diagnostic Centre. The new facility is being delivered on behalf of University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust provide additional diagnostic capacity to meet the growing demand for clinical diagnostics. The scheme has already received business case approval via the Short Form Business Case process.
