## Description

The ExtraCare Charitable Trust wish to purchase a new Learning Management System \(LMS\) and a selection of eLearning courses covering mandatory training required by all employees with the option to add additional courses such as personal development courses\. The system will be used by a large variety of internal customers, therefore needs to be user friendly and accessible for all\. The courses need to be engaging and useable by a cross-section of people with different requirements\. ExtraCare anticipate that this Agreement will run for three \(3\) years with an option to extend for a further two \(2\) years at intervals to be determined by the ExtraCare Charitable Trust\. The ITT and supporting documents outline the requirements\. Additional information: ExtraCare Charitable Trust invite suppliers to tender for the provision of a Learning Management System \(LMS\) and eLearning Packages\. The contract will be awarded for three \(3\) years with an option to extend for a further two \(2\) years at intervals to be determined by the ExtraCare Charitable Trust subject to price and performance\.
