This service specification is for the provision of a range of independent advocacy services for adults, namely

o Independent Mental Health Act Advocacy (IMHA) o Care Act Advocacy (CAA) o NHS Complaints Advocacy (NHS-CA) o Social Care Complaints Advocacy (SCCA)
