## Description

Reigate & Banstead Borough Council is the freehold owner of the site formerly knowns as Unit 1, Pitwood Park, Waterfield, Tadworth, Surrey, KT20 5HQ It is a site midway through residential development and the Council is looking to appoint a local agent to undertake the marketing and disposal of the new market sale homes being constructed\. We anticipate that the new homes will be completed in approximately April/May 2021, with the show home unit being available for use from February-March 2021\. 1\. SCOPE OF WORK The scheme will comprises 25 new homes\. This total is made up by: • 3 no\. 1-bedroom flats • 6 no\. 2-bedroom flats • 8 no\. 2-bedroom houses • 8 no\. 3-bedroom houses Please note that 8 no\. 2-bedroom houses and 3 no\. 3-bedroom houses will be sold to a Housing Association, who will sell these units on for shared ownership housing\. Marketing services for the shared ownership units are not to be included in your scope\.
