Description
Nottingham City Council undertook this procurement exercise on behalf of Mansfield District Council. Mansfield District Council are the Contracting Authority. Mansfield District Council invited tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities for the provision of services for Legionella management in accordance with the Health and Safety Executive's approved Code of Practice L8 (rev) 'The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems' and HSG 274.
