This notice concerns an Award to Perfect Circle JV via the Scape Consultancy Framework. It is a direct award made under the terms of the Framework. The Scape Consultancy Framework operates under the PCR2015 regulations and so this award will be advertised here on Contracts Finder. The services are aggregated into a Programme of interdependent requirements which are intended to ensure successful delivery alongside the following benefits. • Delivery of the right technical experience to provide the right outcomes • Continuation of understanding throughout the whole life term of the requirement • A quick route to market with reduced procurement time at each stage of the Programme • Ensuring diversity in the Supply Chain and increasing our resilience in delivery. • Achieving operational savings via a reduction in Procurement cost and demonstrated lower rates achieving efficiency and value for money • Flexibility due to zero-commitment of spend, should the Programme require changes The Programme approach has received internal approval and has been presented as part of our wider Salinity programme to our sponsoring body.
