Work description
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking a contractor to provide Fire and Security Servicing for its Corporate buildings.
Fire o Fire Alarms (annual servicing and reactive maintenance) o Fire Extinguishers (annual servicing and reactive maintenance) o Fire Risk Assessments (as required)
Security o Intruder alarms (annual servicing and reactive maintenance) o Monitoring of Intruder and fire alarms (by a monitoring station) o CCTV Systems (annual servicing and reactive maintenance)
