Project Managment & Client Rep Services

We are seeking Client Representative/Project Management Services for the Welsh Church project. The successful tenderer will need extensive experience of listed buildings and of NLHF funded work, to work closely with the Client and Design Team to progress the design and development stage of the project.

The commission relates specifically to the NLHF Stage 1 (development) phase to RIBA Stage 3 and the submission of the NHLF Stage 2 (delivery) funding application. It is anticipated that the commission will run from the beginning of March 2020 to December 2020.
