British Council - Financial Planning and Analysis solution (PIN)

The British Council is seeking to understand capabilities within the market for delivery of a new cloud based Planning and Analysis Tool, which is expected to be the enabler for the FP&A Target Operating Model (TOM) and redesigned FP&A processes. The aim is to provide better and deeper access to information, and greater efficiency in FP&A processes through workflow, automation and automatic consolidation. The tool will be used for planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting. This PIN will inform our business case and requirements for a tender.
