The Borough Council of Bolton \(“the Authority”\) is prepared to receive tenders for Safety Camera Digitisation Upgrade 2016 A666 St Peters Way - Fixed Digital Average Speed Safety Cameras which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed\. The Provider shall be responsible for the full project management, co-ordination, design and development of the average speed camera upgrade in accordance with the specification\.
