Review of procurement capability and a set of recommendations for improvement Focused diagnostic review of the Combined Authoritys procurement capability over a 5 week period Resulting in a short report setting out the challenges and recommendations for improvement\. The recommendations will be considered in view of the new Procurement regulations which are due to come into effect no earlier than early 2024 The work will focus on three main areas 1 Procurement Maturity Assessment 2 Procurement Spend Check 3 Procurement Process Review
