CWF 1A - Boiler Replacement Works at Eskdale House EPH

Description

The Council wishes to procure the following work:\r The works comprise the removal of the existing boiler plant and replacement with new. Works to\r include alterations to the pipes, pumps, HVAC controls and insulation of pipework as detailed in the M&E consultants' drawings and specification. Works will be taking place alongside a larger project being carried out by a principal contractor already on site.
