Birmingham Property Services is seeking a suitably qualified organisation that can provide specific legal services to facilitate the development of a site in Selly Oak, Birmingham\. The contract will be for a period of 18 months subject to satisfactory performance\. Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack\.
