Consultancy To Develop a GTM Strategy for C&W Gigapark

Description

Coventry City Council (CCC) and Warwickshire County Council (WCC) are collaborating to create a new industrial cluster focused on batteries and based at several sites on and adjacent to the former Coventry Airport, the C&W Gigapark. This cluster will build on the existing infrastructure and expertise in the local area, such as the UK BIC, WMG and various commercial businesses. This commission, managed by WMGC, is for the development of a GoTo-Market Strategy for C&W Gigapark. This work will focus on identifying potential tenants in various categories and understanding the key issues that architype tenants may consider when selecting a location. This is not a call for competition but an Award Notice for transparency purposes.
