## Description

The specialist will be augmented to the Defence Digital Service Management Integrated Technical Solutions \(SMITS\) team, supporting delivery of the move to adopt a pre-emptive posture in IT incident prevention, faster resolution and a significant uplift in our ability to 'discover' events taking place on MOD IT infrastructure\. The specialist will: coordinate the Event Management User Group; manage Managed Service Provider event management data feed onboarding; be the point of contact for all new demand and system changes; be the Crown lead on problem resolution and Customer Services issues\.
