## Description

To carry out intrusive Ground Investigations in the timescales indicated below, produce a Summary Report, which highlights on a site plan any issues that would impede development for the intended end uses \(especially confirming the location of the highwall\) along with cost estimates for any remediation and abnormal costs associated with development on the parcels\.
