ESPH CN Mayfield and Five Ashes Community and Medical Centre (ESPH560)

Wealden District Council are working with Mayfield and Five Ashes Parish Council to create a replacement community centre which will incorporate a medical/health centre. The Council's are looking to appoint a contract to progress the design of the buildings and to build out the development. The proposed site is at the north-west part of Mayfield village and is in the same location as the community's existing memorial hall at Court Meadow, Tunbridge Wells Road, Mayfield, East Sussex, TN20 6PJ. The intention is to provide a building of 1,050m² of which the health centre is 350 m² leaving 700m² for a community centre, parking also needs to be provided for users of both buildings.
