Place Plan Consultant and Transport Consultant - Ramsgate LUF

Description

For the provision of a Consultant to deliver a holistic urban design strategy, to be known as the Place Plan, exploring the connections and potential movement between central town areas, and access to the town from the wider Ramsgate area, as well as establishing key principle opportunities for the towns future, to support the Ramsgate Levelling Up Funded projects. The commission also includes a design guardian role for the Leveling Up Funded projects around the Port and Harbour. The commission should focus on those areas of opportunity and maximising existing assets in the town to enhance the community aspect and space of the town, including identify key projects which could unlock the development potential of Ramsgate. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon July 2023 for a duration of 1 year and 8 months. Important Information. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document. Completed quotation documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 23 June 2023.
