BIS Research & Evaluation Framework - Lot 2 The Government wants to ensure the UK maintains its well-earned position as a top destination of international capital, whilst ensuring we can effectively review and act on any national security implications of foreign investments in UK infrastructure companies. To help inform our analysis, we wish to review current trends in the capital market, the competitiveness of the bidding process for infrastructure projects, and ensure our reviews draw in evidence from international best practice.
