## Description

Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market within the South East of England, with the view of getting a grounds maintenance contract in place\. The Council undertakes on an annual basis, general maintenance works to the more important, non-main river, watercourses within the Borough\. The works are carried out under the Council's permitted powers, contained within Section 14 of the Land Drainage Act 1991\.
