Satisfactory agreement of the contract conditions i.e.,the proposed Contract is a JCT Intermediate Contract with Contractors Design Portion, 2016 Edition. 2. The date of commencement is Monday 23rd September 2024.The completion date is 17th February 2025. 3. Until the formal contract is executed, the contract willbe administered by AtkinsRéalis in accordance with the tender documents and the Conditions of Contract as referred therein, as if they are entered into.
