## Description

This Contract covers the appointment of a professional company to undertake market research on audiences who may be interested in accessing our collections for research purposes\. We have defined research in broad terms and are not confining the definition to academic research\. The overarching questions behind this piece of research are: What is the market size for research audiences and how can we convert potential users into users of IWM research services? The Contract is to commence on in mid-January 2024 with a view to completing the Project by end of April 2024\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
