North Block Regeneration Works for the Town Square procured via Scape Framework\. Specific works will include transformation of 2 derilict floors into Co-working space, including new event space\. Creation of 2 new F and B units and 2 new retail units\. Creation of three storey glass fronted reception, creation of break out areas to the rear elvelvation\.
