## Description

Carry out the works associated with the drawings and documents detailed in the appended RIBA Stage 4 pack including : 1\. Building Management System \(i\) New MCCP BMS\. \(ii\) Containment\. \(iii\) Small power\. 2\. Generator \(i\) Supply and install new 350kVA generator and accoustic enclosure\. \(ii\) Remove existing generator\. \(iii\) Automatic transfere works\.
