Project Starring Scotsman is a temporary exhibition and will take place in the museum's purpose built special exhibition space from 27 February - 19 June 2016. The exhibition will explore the celebrity and profile of the world's most famous locomotive. Why is Flying Scotsman famous and how has that fame manifested itself? What is it about Flying Scotsman that has made it a celebrity, capturing the imagination of generations worldwide? The museum is looking for a company to work with the Exhibition Designers for Starring Scotsman, Underwood & Co., to construct the exhibition structures and realise the 3D design. Budget An indicative budget of GBP 45,000 The indicative budget excludes Value Added Tax.
