Pre-Occupation on Fire Compliance Surveys

In the UK it is a legal requirement for a fire risk assessment to be carried out on almost all premises. Fire risk assessment has to be carried out to a competent standard. Compliance Surveys produce fire risk assessments to identify fire risks and ensure they are removed or reduced to the lowest reasonably practicable level, in order to protect the building and the safety of those in it.
