## Description

Leicester City Council \(LCC\) are developing an area of land at Abbey Park, St Maragets Pastures Sports Centre, Leicester to accommodate a new Skatepark\. The Development Site is located between Leicester Hockey Club and the River Soar\. LCC has received planning approval and as part of this requires that planning pre-commencement works are agreed and completed before the actual Skatepark construction begins\. Please note, the tender submission deadline for this contract has now closed and the Authority is no longer seeking tender submissions\.
