Work description

The Space Research Centre at University of Leicester is seeking to procure a clean room rated to at least ISO6 for nanofabrication processes including the manufacture of graphene field effect transistors. The cleanroom must have a separate robing area and UV yellow LED lighting.

The contract is partly funded by a European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) grant award (Project reference number: 21R16P0676)
