Community Equipment Loan Store (CELS) relocation

A design and build project for the relocation for Community Equipment Loan Store (CELS) to a new industrial warehouse (previously DPD Depot) at Victoria Business Park, Roche requires some limited strip out of existing tenant fittings, reconfiguration and refurbishment of office space, reconfiguration of the warehouse and some limited external works including drainage works, upgrade of services (water & gas), relining of parking bays and installation of an external spray container.
