his contract will provide support, continual enhancement, observability and monitoring capabilities for The IT Operations Centre \(ITOC\)\. ITOC supports the delivery of key NHSE outcomes related to Live Services, Build, Delivery, analysis, development, Digital Onboarding Services, Strategic Operational Services Design and New commissioning Work Implementation, underpinning the stability and reliability of NHS national digital services\.
