The Services to be provided by the Supplier under Lot 3: Cloud Support are listed in Framework Schedule 4 and outlined below:
Professional services that provide ongoing support for the implementation of a platform that is being utilised by IBCA for the implementation of its Data Platform.
Ongoing support includes support and advice throughout the lifecycle of implementation for platform. This includes Q&A to implement correctly and troubleshooting when issues or challenges occur.
