## Description

Manchester City Council is looking for a supplier to provide a Bill Payment Service which will allow payment transactions to Manchester City Council to be made by Customers using a barcoded bill or payment card at Post Office Counters \(and other outlets\) e\.g\. PayPoint, Payzone and any other bill payment services in the market\. Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest\. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www\.the-chest\.org\.uk\. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including online questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on Monday, 19 October 2020
