Work description
A Self-Harm Helpline service which supports individuals in Gloucestershire who self-harm (or are thinking of self-harming), their family, carers, friends and professionals who support them.
Support is provided via the following functions: • Confidential Telephone Helpline • Text Messaging • Online messaging (Web chat), and • Website (includes information and advice)
