## Description

Updated Notice: This variation increases the value of the contract from £100,000 ex VAT as originally published on Contracts Finder, to £139,963\.00\. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72\(1\)\(b\) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015\. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being Software as a Service \(SaaS\) however, there has been an unforeseen need to extend the contract and provide continuity of service while a new competitive procurement is undertaken\. During the original \[and extended term\], there have been two non-substantial amendments to the contract, reflecting the agile nature of the services\.
