## Description

Advance Northumberland \(Developments\) Limited, trading as Advance Northumberland \(Developments\) Ltd requires Earthworks subcontractor for our 58-plot development at Seton Hall, Berwick-upon-Tweed\. The site is in Berwick, Northumberland, on the Former Seton Hall site which is less than a mile to the west of Berwick Town Centre\. The site is accessed off the A698 which in turn connects to the A1 less than 2 miles to the west\. Seton Hall, Ord Drive, Tweedmouth, Berwick-upon-Tweed TD15 2UT Supply and install Fencing & Or Acoustic fencing as per Drawing 103 - Rev P9 - Proposed External Finishes Plan
