## Description

The Catapult wishes to procure one \(1\) Compact Antenna Test Range \(CATR\) to satisfy specifications & requirements in Technical Requirements \(Statement of Work\) The CATR will be used to support the test and characterisation \(performance measurements\) of satellite mobile phased-array antennas and terminals, in dynamic scenarios, where both the satellite and user are in motion, in the Ku and Ka frequency bands \(10\.7 - 31 GHz\)\. The Compact Antenna Test Range \(CATR\) shall be formed by: Anechoic chamber able to emulate far-field for the Device Under Test\. Measurement feed-horn antenna\. Agile Az/EL positioner \(precision motor and motor controller\)\. Automated Measurement Software\.
