Futures Housing Group Ltd \(FHG\)has identified four former garages sites that are to be developed to provide a total of 7 affordable homes for social rent and 4 homes for outright sale\. All in the Daventry district\. Tenders are invited under the single stage procedure\. FHG has identified these sites as an ideal opportunity for smaller builders of new homes and would want to attract interest both from that sector as well as from established house builders\.
