The OPA have a requirement for Communications Consultancy and Community Engagement Support Services for the Thanckes Oil Fuel Depot \(OFD\) Tank Farm Project to enable effective and consistent community engagement and communication\. It is in accordance with the Oil and Pipelines Agency's \(OPA's\) Stakeholder Engagement Communications Strategy\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
