## Description

This contract is for a creative, landscape led, design team to provide a coordinated package that delivers the following works: 1\. Expanding the skatepark for additional skate, bmx and parkour; 2\. Improve access to and within the events field; 3\. Improve pedestrian links between the skate park, play area and main avenues; 4\. Remodel and enhance the play area to cater for older and younger children; 5\. Construct a new café; 6\. Refurbish and possibly extend the bowling green building to accommodate a wider range of users; 7\. Construct 4 new tennis courts behind the bowling green building; 8\. Refurbish or possibly reconstruct the changing facilities near the baseball pitch;
