## Description

Provision of software to replace a Heritage Collections Management System \(CMS\) for Parliament\. The new Heritage Collections System will support the management of the current and future Heritage Collections across the Parliamentary estate and within off-site storage\. The requirement is for a new comprehensive, fit-for-purpose and agile CMS software solution and meets the requirements of Parliament's Heritage Collections team \(HC\) and the national heritage standards \(minimum SPECTRUM 4\) by which it abides\.
