Cost Management (Projects value under £4.0m)

This cost management services framework involves the provision of cost management services, cost planning, cost forecasting, whole life cost, cost in use analysis, management control and reporting and is to include for building engineering services (mechanical and electrical) for University Projects.

The 1719/MR Cost Management (Project Value of Under £4.0m) contract forms one of the construction related Consultancy Services on the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022.

The contracts on the framework will be awarded independently of each other, and there is no requirement for any tenderer expressing an interest in 1719/MR Cost Management (Project Value of Under £4.0m) to express an interest in any other of the contracts forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy framework 2018 - 2022.

Likewise, tenderers requesting an expression of interest in 1719/MR Cost Management (Project Value of Under £4.0m) will not be excluded from expressing an interest in any other contract forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022.
