NOTE: This notice was updated on 11 October 2024 for the following reason: The Council have made the decision to extend the Deadline for Submissions to 12:00 noon on 22nd November 2024\(The Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk intends to let contracts for the provision of Playground equipment for both an existing Neighbourhood Equipped Area for Play \(NEAP\) and Local Equipped Area for Play \(LEAP\)\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
