## Description

It is recommended that ahead of the permanent appointment of a customer insight manager to UKSR,an experienced customer insight consultant defines the scope and the requirement for the role to optimise the customer experience throughout the customer journey,over approximately three months with an identified budget allocation of £50,000\.00 DAC Approval Reference Number: CP1710 Customer Insight Consultancy for UKSR -approved on the basis that the business is actually recruiting the full time customer insight manager at the moment\. The form does not make that clear\. There is no point in hiring an expensive consultant if there is no one to hand over the lessons learnt to\. If that recruitment is not underway then approval is not given until it is started\.Recruitment commenced on 28th September 2021\.
